ChildSafe provides services to child and adolescent victims of sexual abuse. Services include: Medical Evaluations, Counseling Services, Support Groups, Crisis Intervention, Peer Activities, Mentoring and Victim Assistance.
Every Day Needs
Toys & Crafts
- New toys (every child receives a new toy when they visit ChildSafe for the first time)
- Large universal toys for the children’s waiting areas to comfort children when they arrive
- Games or journals for teens
- DVD Movies ( new or gently used, G-Rated)
- Beads, play dough, coloring books and arts and crafts supplies
- Drawing Pads, Flip Charts, Markers
Client Specific Assistance
- New clothing
- Hygiene Products – dental needs, bar soaps, hand creams, shampoo, deodorant and combs
- New Underwear and socks-all sizes
- Non-perishable food items
- Laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels
- Individual Drink Boxes
- Individually packed snacks
- Zip-lock bags snack / quart / gallon sizes
- $25 HEB, Target, Wal-Mart Gift Certificates
- VIA Bus Vouchers or gas cards
